We accept boys and girls aged 6 to 18 years old. We have three programs: Foundation (6-12 years), Development (13-15 years), and Advanced (15-18 years).
Currently, all training sessions are held at Crawford International Sandton College, Waterstone Drive, Benmore Gardens, Sandton. We're planning to open a Centurion location in the future.
6-12 years: Tuesdays 5pm-6:30pm (4:30pm-6pm Winter) & Saturdays 9am-10:30am
13-15 years: Wed/Thu 5pm-6:30pm (4:30pm-6pm Winter) & Saturdays 10:45am-12:30pm
15-18 years: Thursdays 5pm-6:30pm (4:30pm-6pm Winter) & Saturdays 12:45pm-2:30pm
Absolutely! We welcome players of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Our coaches tailor training to each child's ability level.
Yes! Our players compete in the Jr. NBA JHB League (U14) and the Eagles League (U7, U11, U12, U13, U16, U18). League participation is optional but encouraged.
Yes! We host 2 Open Days per year where you can visit, meet coaches, and try a free session. You can also contact us to schedule a visit during regular training times.
